What is a Drop-In Visit?

One home-care service, matched to the time your routine needs.

A Drop-In Visit is for dogs who are comfortable staying at home but still need somebody reliable to break up the day. We can follow feeding and toilet routines, refresh water, spend time with your dog and make sure everything looks as it should before we leave.

Instead of choosing between separate named products, you tell us how long you need. Choose 15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes and tell us what needs to happen during that time.

For dogs who need reliable care without leaving home.

Dogs comfortable staying at home between visits

Dogs who benefit from a calm welfare check
Owners who need a flexible visit length

We may suggest another service if...

Continuous supervision is needed
Complex medical or specialist handling is required
The care cannot safely fit into the selected visit length
Overnight company is the more appropriate option

Pet Sitting or Overnight Pet Sitting may be a better fit when the care plan is more involved.

Local dog care across Teesside

Flexible dog drop-in visits across Middlesbrough, Redcar, Guisborough and Stockton-on-Tees.

Drop-In Visit is one flexible home-care service. Choose 15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes depending on the routine your dog needs.

A visit can include feeding, fresh water, a toilet break or garden access, company, enrichment and a proper welfare check while your dog stays in familiar surroundings.

We agree the routine before regular care begins. Rather than choosing between different named drop-in products, you choose the visit length that gives enough time to complete the agreed care without rushing.

Choosing the right service

Useful before you book.

We do not try to fit every dog into the same service. The meet and greet, your dog's routine, confidence, energy, handling needs and location all help us decide what will work best.
