Enquiries and availability
Sending an enquiry or booking request does not guarantee availability. We may need to complete a meet and greet, suitability assessment, route check or other onboarding step before confirming regular services.
Pet information and safety
You must give us accurate and up-to-date information that could reasonably affect safe care, including behaviour, handling needs, medical conditions, medication, escape risks, aggression, reactivity and relevant veterinary information. You should tell us promptly if anything changes.
Routes, groupings and service delivery
Illustrations and example routes on this website are examples only. Actual routes, group composition, collection times and walking locations may change because of weather, access, traffic, local restrictions, safety, availability and the needs of the pets in our care.
Bookings, cancellations and changes
The booking confirmation, service plan or client portal will show the agreed service details. Any cancellation notice period, deposit requirement, payment schedule or non-refundable amount will be made clear before you commit to the relevant booking.
Payments
Prices and any applicable deposit will be shown or confirmed before payment is requested. Where we use a third-party payment provider, card details are handled by that provider rather than stored directly by Bark at the Park.
Access to your property
If you provide keys, access codes or other entry information, you authorise us to use them only as reasonably necessary to provide the agreed service. You are responsible for ensuring we can safely access the property at the agreed time.
Veterinary emergencies
If we reasonably believe a pet needs urgent veterinary attention and we cannot reach you or your emergency contact in time, you authorise us to take reasonable steps to protect the animal’s welfare. Any veterinary costs remain your responsibility unless the law requires otherwise.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, each party remains responsible for loss or damage caused by its own breach, negligence or unlawful act, subject to any specific written service terms agreed for the booking.
Website content
We try to keep website information accurate and current, but availability, prices, routes, service areas and other operational details can change. Content on the site should not be treated as a guaranteed booking until we confirm it.
